How Callable Labs handles demo inputs, results, anonymous allowances, analytics and marketplace access.

Website and demo inputs
You can read the hub without creating an account. Running a demo sends the values or file you choose to Callable Labs for processing. Please use supplied samples or non-sensitive data and only submit content you are authorized to process.
The website does not offer saved files, public result links or a run history. Results are returned to your browser and are not placed in a public cache. The application avoids logging input bodies, uploaded content, generated results and credentials.
Request drafts and uploads stay in browser memory until you run them or leave the page. Share links contain only the selected API, operation and marketplace. Browsing selectors does not submit your request content. Reference catalogs are cached for up to 24 hours; they contain public choices such as currencies and country names, not user inputs or results.
Processing and temporary retention
Files are processed temporarily. Document generation, OCR and background-removal processing can retain intermediate or derived results for up to 24 hours; files retrieved from URLs may remain temporarily for up to 10 minutes. Image Description has a separate result-retention policy that can extend beyond 24 hours; its demo remains unavailable while deployment and retention are finalized. Removing a result from the browser does not immediately remove an existing processing cache. Operational records have separate retention and are not covered by the temporary content periods.
See the Privacy Notice on the specific marketplace listing before submitting production content. Image description and other processing may use configured service providers; do not assume every operation has the same processing arrangements.
Anonymous allowances and verification
An essential signed cookie identifies a demo browser for up to 31 days. We also use a keyed hash of the connection’s IP address to enforce shared limits and reduce abuse. The application’s allowance counters and attempt identifiers expire within 48 hours; temporary concurrency records expire sooner. We do not treat these identifiers as verified identities.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify demo requests. Hosting, network and verification providers may receive connection and security information under their own policies. Rate-limit records are stored in Upstash Redis.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and events such as which API was viewed, whether a demo succeeded, and which marketplace link was followed. Custom events contain the product and marketplace identifiers, not the text, email address, file or output submitted to a demo. Hosting and security services may retain their own operational logs.
Marketplace accounts
RapidAPI and ApyHub separately handle accounts, API keys, subscriptions, payments and usage under their policies. Do not enter your marketplace API key into this website. An outbound marketplace click does not establish that a subscription was purchased.
